TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Confirmation:
To confirm your reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the total amount. The final 70% payment must be received no less than 30 days before arrival.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
A security deposit of €500 is required, payable one week before your arrival.
Payment can be made by credit card. The deposit will be refunded after check-out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival.
